Welcome to Lens Link Support! We’re here to help you get the most out of our app, whether you’re buying or selling eyewear.

1. Account Issues
Sign-In Problems
Make sure you’re using the correct email for your account (Buyer or Seller).
If you enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), check your email for the verification code.
If you don’t have access to the email linked to your account, you can create a new account using a different email address.
Switching Between Buyer & Seller Accounts
Navigate to Profile → Switch Account Type.
This allows a single account to act as both a Buyer and a Seller without creating multiple accounts.
NOTE: Only accounts signed up as a seller, can also have a lined buyer account. Standalone buyer accounts cannot have a seller account.
Password Reset
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen.
Follow the email instructions to reset your password.
2. Selling on Lens Link
Listing Products
Go to Seller Dashboard → Add Product.
Enter details, upload images, and set pricing.
Products will be visible to buyers once approved.
Managing Orders
Check Orders in the Seller Dashboard.
Update order status, fulfill items, and communicate with buyers.
Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.
Funds are transferred to your registered payment account.
Ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.
3. Buying on Lens Link
Browsing Products
Use Categories or Search to find eyewear.
Tap a product for details, images, and seller information.
Placing Orders
Add items to your cart, review your order, and tap Checkout.
Payments are real and will be processed immediately.
Tracking Orders
Go to Orders → Order History to track shipment and status.
4. Payments & Refunds
All transactions are processed securely.
Orders are real — double-check before purchasing.
For refund requests, contact the seller directly through the app or email support@lenslinkapp.com.
5. Technical Issues
App Crashes or Bugs
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.
Restart the app or your device.
If the issue persists, send a detailed description and screenshots to support@lenslinkapp.com.
Device Compatibility
Lens Link supports iOS 11 and later.
Ensure your device has sufficient storage and internet connectivity.
6. Privacy & Security
Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
Never share your password or verification codes with anyone.
Two-factor authentication is enabled for extra security.
